With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and sales industry, Rosemary Kelleher is regarded as one of New England’s premier sales professionals. She spent a decade in real estate and another decade in top leadership and management training. Over the years, she has received numerous awards and designations to recognize her professionalism, her commitment to client satisfaction and her top sales production status.
Today, Rosemary Kelleher has branched out beyond traditional real estate sales, pursuing her true passion: coaching, training, speaking and educating. She established a new firm, Elevate!, which is committed to providing real estate and other sales professionals with the expertise, knowledge, strategies and coaching they need to succeed in today’s hyper competitive sales world.
Rosemary’s Real Estate Career
Rosemary entered the world of real estate over 20 years ago as the result of a lighthearted bet with her husband. “We had just bought a house and the Realtor just wasn’t on her game. She just didn’t listen. I was speaking with my husband and I said, ‘I could do this! I could sell houses!’
“At the time, I was working at Gillette in corporate sales and they weren’t very mom-friendly at the time, so I decided it was a good time to pursue a new career,” Rosemary explained.
Rosemary found that she was a natural and quickly found success, working her way to the front of the pack — a pack comprised of over 200 new real estate agents — in just a few months. She earned the Rookie of the Year! She became the go-to relocation specialist and began speaking on agent panels and working to mentor other sales agents.
Her fifth year in real estate, just after the birth of her son, Rosemary was involved in a horrendous head-on car accident which left her paralyzed from the waist down (a condition diagnosed as spinal shock). This was an important year for Rosemary whereby she decided she could either allow this situation to sink her or make her even more a force of resiliency.
While living in a rehabilitation center, as the youngest resident by 25 years, Rosemary introduced the computer to residents and carried on her real estate career! Nurses would deliver offers (from the fax machine), she would handle calls and consultations and she still won the office sales award for the year. Doctors were shocked as they had told her she wouldn’t walk for a year – “No way,” said Kelleher, she challenged the insurance companies, worked every day with her therapists and after a few short months of learning how to crawl, and stand, she walked (assisted with a walker and then cane) onto the plane for a earned sales trip to Bermuda within six months of the crash!
Always looking for a challenge, she next transitioned to Re/Max in Chestnut Hill, where she promptly racked up over $250,000 in commissions in the span of one year and over $1.2 million in just four and a half years — an accomplishment that earned her admission into the International Re/Max Hall of Fame.
During her time at Re/Max, Rosemary established one of the most powerful networking groups in Re/Max of New England (still in existence today) The New England Re/Max Luxury Networking group. The group served to bring continuity, communication and consistency of best practices amongst her luxury agent peers. In addition, always looking to give back to her community of residence, Rosemary also created an after school program for her child’s elementary school serving hundreds of children. This ASE Program (After School Enrichment Program) is still in existence today and serves as a model program for other programs locally and statewide.
When Keller Williams approached Rosemary to turn her efforts into managing and coaching and recruiting, Rosemary rose to the occasion. Her efforts in managing began a new and formal chapter in managing and leadership. She recruited and managed at noticeably impressive levels. While managing at Keller Williams, Rosemary was thrilled to be coached by one of Gary Keller’s dear friends and she was able to take advantage of numerous national and regional trainings herself to add to her skills as a manager and leader. She was notably awarded Cultural Icon of the Year.
After the time with Keller Williams, Rosemary accepted a position as the Regional Vice President of a thirteen office Re/Max affiliate. During her time back at Re/Max, Rosemary ensured stability, training, and helped grow the firm thru excellent recruits and programs she created.
The next challenge would involve a family relocation to serve for a regional family owned organization as a manager and ultimately creating a new office in Concord, Massachusetts. This opportunity challenged Rosemary to oversee all aspects of a new office creation in one of Boston’s metro west most luxurious and historic communities. When asked for 10-12 agents and $30m in production, Kelleher decided to over achieve this challenge. The result was met with 26 high producing agents and over $117m in sales production in the first year.
Rosemary decided her next challenge would be the ability to work with all real estate sales organizations and create Elevate! Sales training, Coaching & Seminars. Her practice involves working with individuals, broker/owners, and teams. The results of success have spilled over into working with insurance and mortgage professionals, lawyers and other professionals who work directly with all facets of selling, marketing, leadership and management.
Notably, she has spoken as a keynote to The New England Wedding Professionals, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors, The New England Accredited Buyers Agent Council, The Women’s Council of Realtors and numerous other organizations. She teaches, trains, coaches and advises sales professionals and the results have been enormous. Every professional individual and team she has worked with has doubled their sales and strengthened their systems, strategies and operations. She brings knowledge, experience and strategies that deliver exceptional results.
“I know the real estate industry backwards and forward. I could do it in my sleep,” Rosemary explained, adding, “I’ve helped agents and teams double and triple their net sales.”
With her expertise and years of experience, Rosemary realized that she was extremely well equipped to help guide real estate agents, sales teams and other sales professionals as they work to boost their sales and enhance their overall professionalism.
So Rosemary established Elevate!, a firm that’s dedicated to promoting excellence amongst sales and marketing professionals through workshops and training sessions, public speaking engagements, coaching, and beyond.
In addition, Rosemary is a vetted member of the National Speakers Association.
